Skill development training is an important activity of AKOTA JUBO UNNAYAN SANGSTHA (AJUS). AJUS provided skill development training to create employment of beneficiaries. Trained beneficiaries always get priority to get IGA work. AJUS arranged different satellite training program from 2007 to 2022 on Duck, Livestock rearing & beef fattening for sustainability of beneficiaries. After completion of training AJUS arranged certificate giving ceremony. Local Govt. administration was present in this ceremony. The organization’s goal is to create employment opportunities for beneficiaries and help them achieve financial sustainability.
AJUS offers a variety of skill development training programs, including training on duck rearing, livestock rearing, and beef fattening. These programs are designed to teach beneficiaries the skills they need to start their own businesses or find employment in the agricultural sector. In addition the organization also offers follow-up support to help beneficiaries succeed in their new businesses or jobs.
